The short version

DemonBuild is engineered so that we possess almost nothing about you. There are no accounts, no project databases, no analytics, and no advertising trackers. Your API key and everything you build are stored only on your own device. We could not sell, leak, or hand over your projects even if compelled to — we never have them.

1. Who we are

DemonBuild ("the Service") is operated by NFT Demon Holdings LLC (nftdemon.com), which also operates the DemonRoute model gateway (demonroute.com). NFT Demon Holdings LLC is the data controller for the limited data described in this policy.

2. What we do NOT collect

• No user accounts, usernames, passwords, or email addresses.
• No cloud storage of your projects, prompts, files, or build outputs. All project data lives in your browser's local storage or on your Android device, under your sole control.
• No API key storage. Your DemonRoute API key is stored only in your device's local storage and is never transmitted to DemonBuild servers. It is sent directly from your device to api.demonroute.com solely to authenticate model requests.
• No analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising SDKs, no fingerprinting, no third-party cookies.
• No payment information. Purchases and billing occur exclusively at demonroute.com and are governed by that site's policies. DemonBuild never sees card numbers, wallet addresses, or transaction details.

3. What passes through our infrastructure

Web hosting. When you load demonbuild.com or app.demonbuild.com, our web server (Caddy) processes your IP address, browser user-agent, and requested URL as technically necessary to serve the page. Standard server access logs are retained for a limited period for security and abuse prevention, are not correlated with any identity (we have none), and are not shared with third parties except as required by law.

Model requests. Prompts you send through the builder travel directly from your device to the DemonRoute gateway (api.demonroute.com) using your own API key, and from there to the third-party inference provider serving the selected model. DemonBuild's own servers do not receive, inspect, or store prompt content. The DemonRoute gateway logs request metadata necessary for prepaid billing (model, token counts, cost) under the DemonRoute privacy terms; prompt content handling is described there.

4. Local storage & your responsibility

Because all data is local, clearing your browser storage or uninstalling the Android app permanently deletes your projects and stored key. We cannot recover them — there is no copy on our side. Use the built-in backup/export features if you want persistence. Anyone with access to your device can access data stored on it; secure your device accordingly.

5. Third-party services

• DemonRoute (demonroute.com) — authentication of your key and AI inference; billing. Operated by the same company.
• Upstream inference providers — the model you select is served by a third-party provider through the gateway. Your prompts are processed by that provider to generate output. DemonRoute routes to uncensored providers and does not impose additional content logging beyond billing metadata.

No other third-party services receive any data from DemonBuild.

6. Children's privacy

The Service is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

7. Your rights

Because we hold no personal data tied to any identity, most data-rights requests (access, correction, deletion) are satisfied by the architecture itself: your data is on your device, and deleting it is entirely within your control. 8. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date. Material changes will be noted on the DemonBuild home page.
